Here at Lifeways in Brighton we are looking for a Care Team Leader to join our fantastic management team. We are welcoming applications from experienced Care Team Leader’s or Senior Support Worker’s. Our Care Team Leaders assist the management team in the overall leadership of the service including staff management, monitoring, and training. The People We Support in Brighton are a mix of people living in their own homes requiring one-to-one support and those living in our large well-equipped home in Woodingdean. People have an eclectic mix of hobbies and activities in their day-to-day lives which range from attending college, swimming, shopping to arts and crafts and cooking home cooked meals. Ref: LWGSO
