Collaborative Care Services is in search of a leader who possesses kindness and compassion to collaborate with a committed team of individuals responsible for providing care and support to young people. The Team Leader will assist the Deputy Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to children and young people. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of support workers.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Deputy Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to children and young people.
Oversee and supervise a team of support workers.
Provide leadership and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Provide mentoring and coaching to staff.
Ensure effective communication with staff and key stakeholders.
Promote a positive and inclusive working environment.
Requirements:
Either possess a Diploma level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining it.
Prior experience in a supervisory role in a social care setting.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Passionate about providing high-quality support to children and young people.
