We have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Leader to work full time based in Jewel Park.At Jewel Park, We offer supported living options for people with varying abilities to live wherever and however they choose. Our service supports people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments and learning disabilities to live independently in their own home.* Sponsorship is not available for this role *As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. You will provide effective supervision of a team of Support Workers, lead with passion and enthusiasm promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.You will ensure our customers receive the very best care, personal support and assistance with daily life tasks.
