IPS continues to grow and is now widely integrated and embedded within operations right across the Culina Group network.We are now looking for a Team Leader to join our Team and our IPS Bardon site on a full time basis.Job DescriptionWe are now recruiting for Production Line Leader to join our busy (location) depot. Previous experience in the food manufacturing/packaging and awareness of Food Safety and Health and Safety protocols are essential for this role. The role will be responsible for supervising the production line and effectively motivating a small team of people while ensuring productivity targets are achieved, health and safety requirements and the highest standards of quality and hygiene are met. You’ll spend some of your working day working alongside your team members on the production line, therefore this position will suit an individual who is adept at working in fast past environment, has a hands-on approach and can deliver results.Shift: 6:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00Salary: £12.42 per hour.Managing production line and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards.Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI)Effectively maximising production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basisAdhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulationsEnsuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company proceduresEnsuring that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and externalEnsuring GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered toQualificationsFood Manufacturing/Packaging backgroundThe ability to work within fast past environment Knowledge of Health & Safety obligationsalthough training will be providedBasic IT skills are required as you’ll be using the integrated management systemAdditional InformationIn return we offer:All PPE is provided on-site out of chargeFree on-site parkingStrong career stability and an opportunities to progress through within the business.Competitive holidays ??, we offer 28 days inclusive of BHWhat wiil you need to do next?If you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply with your full up to date CV attached with your application.We will ensure all of our resourcing activities are fair, transparent and consistent across the UK.
