Team Leader

Are you an experienced Team Leader or Senior Support Worker who s passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities? We re looking for a Team Leader who will plan and organise the delivery of support and care to people living in a residential service in Hereford who have learning and physical disabilities. The home has a great reputation in the area, with state-of-the-art equipment and an experienced team who take a flexible approach to peoples care packages to ensure personal choice is top of the list for those who use their services. You ll be working for a great company who are committed to providing a supportive community environment for people of all abilities. The Team Leader Role As the Team Leader you will have responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of staff delivering care and support to people within a residential home. Your responsibilities include;
Rotas Care and Support plans Leading a team and delegating duties Problem solving Supporting team meetings
The Successful Candidate
We re looking for somebody who has worked as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker previously within a supported living service or residential home for adults with learning disabilities. You ll need NVQ level 3 or QCF level 3 in health and social care You ll demonstrate a passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
