Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Service based leadershipStaff training, development and corrective actionSales and financial reporting Responsibilities:Manage staff performance and build effective teams to achieve sales objectivesMaximise incremental sales through effective training and staff developmentDaily communication with staff providing recognition and constructive redirectionProvide continuous training and education dailyMaintain accurate sales reportsWork closely with management and department leaders Job RequirementsA full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is requiredManagement of direct customer contact, employee relations, budget and P&L reviewAbility to exercise sound judgement and make prudent decisionsExcellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across the organisation with peers, staff and management, both written and verbalStrong team-oriented leadership skills and proven track record in a leadership roleAbility to attract, evaluate, coach, and advance staff to create an effective teamWorking knowledge Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point Why choose Europcar?We operate a wide range of vehicle mobility products including vehicle rental and car sharing services.
