Team Leader

We are working with our client to recruit a Team Leader for their site in Hoo, Medway.

This is a major E Commerce site supplying products for well known brands operating in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Help Supervise and lead a team of Warehouse Operatives, providing guidance and support.


• Picking orders using Handheld Scanners


• Coordinate and prioritise daily tasks to meet targets


• Follow all Health and Safety rules and regulations


• Assist and support other team members to meet targets

Requirements of this role:

• Good understanding of Excel and Word


• Previous experience working as a TEAM LEADER within a retail suppy chain industry, this is not a trainee role.


• Strong knowledge of leadership


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment


• Details orientated.

Role:

• 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work some weekends


• Ability to work 5 out of 7 days when necessary


• Plenty of overtime paid at x 1.25 and x 1.5 if required.


• Must have own car due to location of site.
