The Company:

A National Pre-cast Concrete Company specialising in the design and construction for all types of buildings and structures are looking to recruit 1 permanent Team Leader to join their expanding team.

The Team Leader Role:

• Be responsible for supporting the production management team to drive a Safety-First culture.
• Support and show leadership to all Concrete Operatives in the Melton Mowbray facility and specifically those in your team.
• Organise staff and materials to ensure business productivity and quality targets are met.

The Candidate:

• Supervisory experience in a pre-cast concrete factory.
• Strong people management skills.
• Be able to read technical drawings.
• Recognise and address potential hazards.
