Team Leader

We are working with our client in Rochester to recruit a Hygiene Team Leader for their site. You need to have previous Industrial Cleaning Experience as well as being a Team Leader.

The job involves cleaning industrial manufacturing machines and leading a team to do this. �You need to be 'hands on' as well as being a leader.

Duties:

• Leading a team to clean machines in a busy manufacturing environment.


• Can involve heavy lifting and moving of items around the factory


• Will�involve cleaning in wet areas wearing water proof clothing


• Use of strong chemicals involved in cleaning


• working in confined spaces and at height if necessary


• Pest control as required.


• As well as general brushing and polishing of floors and dusting where necessary.


• NO TOILET or GENERAL CLEANING

Requirements:

• You must have previous manufacturing cleaning experience


• You also must have previous Team Leader experience


• Good level of English written and spoken


• You must be able to work with strong chemicals (masks provided)

This is a temp to perm position but for the right person, my client will consider a Contract immediately.
