Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Team Leader for a Finishing Team. As Team Leader you will:

• Have a hands-on approach
• Manage, lead and motivate a team of 10
• Oversee all aspects of the finishing process and mould tool preparation stages within the Composites Department
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
• Oversee all stages of finishing process
• Participate and contribute in weekly team planning meetings
• Generate and present reports to management
• Set KPI's for Finishing

The Team Leader will have:

• Manufacturing process control experience
• Proven team management and leadership experience in similar working environment
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines, and being proficient in data analysis and reporting, with effective communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across a broad team.
