Team Leader - Grounds Maintenance | Surrey Schools Fixed Term Contract / 40 hours a weekBased at our Heathrow Depot TW6 postcode.Are you highly motivated? Do you enjoy working outdoors? Candidates will be required to work 40 hours a week.Overtime is available throughout the year to meet client requirements. Our depots are based in Guildford, Gatwick & Heathrow. A Glimpse into the Role Awaiting YouAssisting the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the effective management of the programmed maintenanceProactively leading by example with grounds maintenance workSupport and guidance of the service delivery team e.g. grounds maintenance operativesDuties include grass cutting, line marking, hedge trimming, clearing leaves, shrub bed maintenance and litter as required.The successful applicant may be required to drive/tow a trailer, on occasions and following suitable training you may be required to operate a tractor or larger mowing equipment, therefore a UK driving licence is required for this post. Previous experience and relevant tickets are desirable but full training and career development will be provided.
