Team Leader - Operations

Team Leader/Grass Cutter Required
Location: Cheam
Pay rate: £13.55 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Drivers ONLY (Company van will be provided)
Headstart Employment are seeking a Team Leader with grass cutting and gardening experience for our well established client in Cheam.
This will be a temporary to permanent opportunity for the successful candidate.
Role requirements:
Competent in organising a team of 3
Making sure all paperwork is complete on a weekly basis, (Grass cutting sheets, vehicle check sheets, small plant and equipment check sheets.)
Able to work to consistently high standards
Professional attitude
High level of enthusiasm and motivation
Strong relationship building skills with clients and users
Excellent communication skills
Flexible in approach to working hours
Experience in working with ride on mowers John Deere or equivalent, small 2 stroke machinery, strimmers, bowers and hedge cutters.
