You will play a crucial role in coaching, training, and supporting your team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles, while maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance scores.Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the telesales team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.Sales Performance: Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.Coaching and Training: Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing actions as needed.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and progress toward goals.Customer Service: Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer inquiries and issues promptly.Team Motivation: Create a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and engagement.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.About you:Minimum of 12 months of experience in leading a team, ideally in a B2B or telesales/call centre environment, where you have successfully managed and motivated a group of individuals towards achieving common goals.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and maintain a high level of self-motivation to exceed sales targets and meet or exceed performance expectations.Proven track record of using a consultative and value-driven sales approach to build long-lasting relationshipsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen attentivelyGenuinely enjoy engaging and building rapport with individuals from diverse backgroundsCapable of approaching customers tactfully, always ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationshipResilient and able to perform under pressure, effectively managing stress and adapting to changing prioritiesBenefitsThe successful candidates will be offered:Ability to buy/sell holidayLife Assurance x 2x of basic salary25 days holiday + 1 for every years service (+ office closure over Christmas and New Year)Enhanced Maternity and Paternity coverSalary sacrifice pension schemeVitality at work + full Vitality cover after 1 yearMultiple monthly schemes and incentivesOngoing opportunities to progress your careerWell-being benefitsOpportunity to enjoy multiple social eventsPlease take a look into life in the Bionic Luton office:
