£27,040 per annum. Plus, On Call Allowance and Mileage. Hours:
40 per week Key Responsibilities * Assess children and young people's support needs. * Observe and shadow children at home and at school. * Write and review care plans and risk assessments. * Plan and communicate support rota's. * Induct, mentor and observe new staff. * Deliver support and introduce support workers to children and their families. * Provide on call, telephone support for staff delivering care. (On a rota basis). Skills and Qualifications * loves working with children and families, * likes to be active and likes to work in different environments and with different people * is confident with computers and using software like Excel, Word and Outlook. * is keen to develop and progress in their career * Is passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people with disabilities.
