Team Leader - Domestic Violence

Caritas Futures is supporting well known VAWG charity for a Access & Assessment Team Leader (Team Leader - Domestic Violence) role in Leeds

We are looking for Team leader who will be supporting, leading and managing the team to provide a high quality and proactive service to victim-survivors and professionals from other organisations.

Experience:

• Team Lead experience with victims affected by domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental
• Sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people
• Experience of leading and managing team
• health, homelessness, or ex-offenders.
• Working with high-risk clients
• Risk and needs assessment.
• Multi agency work

Due to the nature of the work the following are essential:

• DBS on update service or one will be conducted on your behalf.
• Car and a driving license
• Gender specific - Female candidates only
• On-site
