Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £28,560 – £29,184 (Inc. sleep-ins)
Working Hours: Full-time
Number of Sleeps Required: 6
Pay Per Sleep: £50
Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children and Young People / Therapeutic Home
Qualifications Required: Non-Specific, however a Level 3 in Residential Childcare is desirable
Experience in Years: Experience preferred but not required
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Licence Require: Yes Full UK
Minimum Age Required: 22 years old

What will I do as a Senior Residential Support Worker?
In this pivotal role, you will utilize your life skills to make a significant difference in the lives of children and young people. You will work with a diverse range of individuals, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. As a leader within the team, you will ensure the welfare and care of each child, providing guidance and support to residential workers. Responsibilities include staff supervision, leading shifts, ensuring compliance with placement plans, policies, procedures, and risk assessments, as well as supporting education initiatives and creating positive relationships with the children while safeguarding their wellbeing at all times.
