An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our new Call Handling/Administrative Team at Royal Primary Care.
We are looking to employ a Full-Time (37.5hours) Team Leader / Call Handler based at our Ashgate site.
Main duties of the jobAn opportunity has arisen to join our growing team at Royal Primary Care and we are looking for enthusiastic full time Team Leader to supervise our call handler team and to work within in our busy medical centre within the Derbyshire area. The successful candidate should have basic IT skills. Carry out GP approved triage to ensure our patients see the correct clinician first time. Being a first point of contact for our patients and other healthcare providers. GCSE in Maths & English Grade C or above

NVQ or equivalent in Customer Care Formal training in a public facing environment Knowledge of GP computer systems, preferably SystmOne

Working with the public, preferably in a reception environment with knowledge of basic office procedures Experience in managing a team in a supervisory capacity
