Recruiting tomorrows Army todayYou will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Physical Training Instructors, Assessors, and Interviewers to deliver the activities as part of the assessment process for the British Army.You will oversee your team in guiding and nurturing candidates through the assessment process in an unbiased, friendly and controlled environment, ensuring candidates receive the best experience and leave their assessment, no matter the outcome, feeling their British Army assessment has been conducted fairly and was enjoyable What you'll be doing:
Supporting the Centre Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the Assessment CentreManaging a team with responsibility for rotas, development, reviews and trainingQuality checking your teams outputCommunicating business priorities, updates and informationSetting clear and realistic performance objectives, including behavioural standards. Motivating and developing your team in an inclusive environment, whilst celebrating team and individual success
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in leading/managing a teamIT Literate, MS OfficePersonable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexible approach to change, encouraging the same in teamPassion for excellent Customer ServiceCollaborative team player; leads by exampleMust be able to work 1 weekend a month - time given back in lieu About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we're transforming the British Army's recruitment service.
