What's involved?

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Team Leader for our client in Gosport to be part of the care team looking after our residential and dementia residents.
• This position is a senior role within the home that works hands-on and is responsible for the overall supervision and success of teams being managed.
• You will be working daytime hours on rotational day shifts, ensuring excellent care is provided, ongoing training and support are offered to the team and you are managing your team of care assistants.
• This is a 55-bed home looking after the elderly with dementia.

What do you need?

• You need an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care.
• Dementia and care home experience is preferred
• Able to complete a fully enhanced DBS check
