The Treasury Implementation Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring new customers have a positive and smooth on boarding process. The successful candidate will work with the Treasury Implementation Manager and wider project team to provide a first class service to our customers.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: Responsible for managing, supporting, and coaching Treasury Implementation Consultant(s)Responsible for the continuous performance and development of team membersEscalation contact during Treasury Implementations for Customer(s), TSIC(s), Project Team(s), Service Partners and/or Payment Providers and attending project meetings (internal and external) as requiredSupporting TSIC(s) with queries, issues raised on RAID Log review calls by Customers, Project Team, Payment Providers and/or Service Partners and supporting on Treasury Kick Off calls with new Customers, as requiredMonitoring progress of Customer Treasury Implementations – reassigning/prioritising tasks between TSIC’s as necessary to ensure efficient and timely progression ready for go liveEnsure any changes in scope of services, funding/payment currencies or Go Lives are notified to Payment Provider and/or Service Partner and noted on relevant Provider/Partner RAID log(s) and Monday.com is updatedKeeping TS board in Monday.com updated and support on the assignation of resourcesEscalate any Product/Capabilities related queries identified during the implementations to TS Partner Manager for follow up with the Payment Provider/Service PartnerEffectively managing handover to Live Treasury Operations TeamLiaise with other functions to align on best practices and provide ideas on process improvementsSupporting with the creation and maintenance and of Treasury Implementations Documentation Attributes and Experience Required: Experience in implementation of SAAS/Payroll/TreasuryKnowledge of CloudPay organization and teams is an advantageAssertive problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage own workload as well as to manage and support teamwork loadAbility to work on escalation from customers and ability to propose and see alternativesExperience in process analysis and improvementStrong interpersonal skills to respond to customer requests effectively, being assertive where necessary when dealing with customer demands whilst maintaining a positive customer approachAble to communicate at all levels; deal with customers, payroll partners, payment solution providers and internal colleagues via the telephone and email across multiple countriesExcellent time management, administration skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly to new processes and ways of workingStrong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlinesProvides leadership, support, and guidance to the teamParticipates in the implementation of team initiatives and strategies Package and Benefits: Competitive annual salary25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysEarned Wage Access (via CloudPay Now app)Birthday leaveLife assurance x4Private medical insurancePersonal and professional development opportunities
