A career boosting opportunity has arisen for a bright, recent university or secretarial graduate OR second jobber at a lovely boutique executive search based in the heart of the West End. This is a newly created role to help support a partner that is new to the firm. He will act as a mentor and will help guide and grow your career. As a Team/Search Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the end to end search process; this involves everything from calendar management, scheduling interviews and meetings, creating pitch decks (PowerPoint) and generally acting a linchpin and point of contact for stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor and update client project statuses regularly, ensuring all details are current and accurate.
Serve as a liaison with colleagues, clients, and candidates, coordinating interviews and meetings through phone and email communication.
Manage complex diary entries and scheduling across multiple time zones.
Organize and facilitate various forms of meetings, including video conferences, phone calls, and in-person discussions.
Maintain and update internal databases with high accuracy.
Perform data entry tasks and prepare detailed bios and long list reports.
Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, pitch materials, and research reports for various internal and external stakeholders.
Handle switchboard enquiries and undertake general office administrative tasks as required.
Manage diaries for team members, ensuring efficient time allocation and meeting coordination.
