We are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant position within a boutique financial services firm based in Central London. It’s a maternity cover contract and offers hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 3 from home. The role is within a small but busy office, so someone who is proactive and uses their initiative will go down well. The ideal candidate would be highly organised, efficient and willing to get stuck in with a number of tasks. Someone who is service focused, conscientious and has experience as a Team Assistant would be received well. Main duties would be diary management, travel coordination, liaising with stakeholders, expenses, website maintenance, document formatting and ad hoc admin tasks.
