My clients are looking for a Medical Team Administrator Leader. This role will still involve a lot of the day-to-day administration but will have some additional leadership duties. This role would be perfect for someone who has worked at a GP or Medical Clinic in an administration role for a long time, and has had a taste for leadership and would like to take it a step further! My client would also consider a strong Administration Leader who hasn't got a medical background but has very strong leadership capabilities. This role is a permanent full-time position and is located in Merivale. Opportunities like this are highly sought after and don't come along often. Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:Provide support to the Practice Manager and Medical Director to ensure smooth business operating systems, documentation management and facility oversightManager roster to ensure Reception and Bookings are resourced appropriatelyEnsure all Practice Care team members receive appropriate support, training and ongoing upskilling/development opportunitiesRole model a proactive and collaborative approach to working with others in the day to day running of the TeamLead and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across systems, processes and patient flow initiativesLiaise with Technical Leads and Medical Director to provide appropriate triaging for any complex casesCreate a culture of inclusion and value To be successful in this role:Ideally demonstrated success in a previous leadership role.Minimum 3 years of experience within a GP or Medical Practice or similarProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & OutlookStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilityExperience working within an integrated computer system environmentMethodical and logical thinker with high-level customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced changing environmentMedical terminology experience is mandatoryWhat's in it for you? There are many benefits to this role, including location, a great company to work for, and a competitive salary!You'll be joining a fantastic team who will feel like family!
