Responsibilities:



� Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that captivate and engage students.



� Teach a range of subjects within the humanities curriculum, such as history, geography, sociology, and more



� Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities



� Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and empathy through the exploration of human societies and cultures



� Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected



� Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and enrichment activities



Requirements:



� Bachelor's degree in History, Geography, Sociology, or a related humanities field (PGCE or QTS preferred)



� Proven experience teaching humanities subjects at the secondary level



� Strong subject knowledge and passion for inspiring students to explore the complexities of human society



� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues



� Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom



� Dedication to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching practice
