Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a local Primary School for an immediate start Teaching Assistant who can also support over lunchtimes also. A village Primary School in the close proximity to Driffield require an SEND Teaching Assistant to cover from ASAP until July in the first instance. This is a part time, long-term role with a daily rate of �12.82 per hour. The role is over 5 days and 25 hours per week. The school have flexibility to offer a candidate less hours if required which could make the role 15 hours per week.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting children across the school. You will also then help over the lunchtime period in the dining hall and in the playground.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and will be able to use a range of strategies to children with diverse learning needs. Flexibility and adaptability is required for this role.
