Teaching Assistant Required at a Primary School in Batley!

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Primary School, collaborating closely with experienced teachers to ensure an exceptional learning experience for pupils.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Assisting teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
  2. Supporting the academic progress and emotional development of individual students.
  3. Providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils who require additional help.
  4. Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  5. Preparing teaching resources and materials as required.
  6. Monitoring student behaviour and ensuring adherence to school policies.
  7. Contributing to the overall well-being and pastoral care of the students.
