Qualifications or Certificates:
- A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is required.
- Additional training or certification in behaviour management, emotional support, or SEN education is advantageous.
Experience:
Brief Overview of the Role:
The successful candidate will work in a Special School environment, providing support to children aged 4 to 13 with behaviour or emotional difficulties. This role entails placing the well-being and learning of pupils at the forefront, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and other agencies. Opportunities for continued professional development are provided, and successful candidates will join a caring team dedicated to providing the best for the pupils.
