Position Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and supporting students in their academic journey. Your responsibilities will include providing classroom support, working with individual students or small groups, and helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons by providing support to students with varying abilities and needs.


• Work with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and provide additional help as needed.


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.


• Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and adapt materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.


• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.


• Contribute to the planning and organization of extracurricular activities and school events.


• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians when necessary.


• Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
