Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a new role within a primary school?

LTF Recruitment are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant, working in a fantastic, inclusive School in the Hornsey area. The school are seeking two experienced Teaching Assistants who can provide individualised support to pupils in Year 5 and Year 6 with special educational needs, and leading small group intervention sessions to support children working below age-expected levels.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or relevant Degree.
Have experience of establishing successful learning relationships with a variety of pupils.
Have genuine passion and belief in the potential of every pupil.
Be able to understand and implement strategies and methods to help pupils to improve their learning and enjoyment of learning.
