Career Teachers is teaming up with a bunch of awesome primary schools in Chesterfield and nearby spots, on the lookout for flexible, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join the fun starting this September, whether it's for a day, a week, or longer!

To be considered for this role you will need to

• Previous experience as a teaching assistant in a mainstream primary school is preferred.
• A legit teaching assistant qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or a degree in education or equivalent).

• Experience with kids who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is advantageous.
• Confidence to tackle any wild behaviors that come your way.
• A flexible, nurturing spirit, dedicated to supporting students in their education.

Your role will involve:

• Working under the supervision of the class teacher, assisting students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
