We are actively recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in Reception for a Full-Time role at an OFSTED 'Good' School in Lichfield.
We have been working with this school for over 6 years and Steve, the South Staffordshire associate consultant, has an excellent relationship with them and recognises what they expect from long-term staff. This fantastic school is searching for someone who is forward-thinking, dedicated to their role, passionate about helping pupils learn and develop. This school currently has multiple Teachers and Teaching Assistants through ourselves and we have positive feedback from all staff members. What we require:
* Level 3 Qualification
* Previous experience working within a mainstream primary education setting
* Good knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and phonics schemes
* The ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
* Someone who is open minded and will build a strong relationship with pupils and colleagues
