Position: Teaching Assistant Type: Full-Time Experience: No Experience Necessary - Transferable Skills Encouraged

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in the delivery of lessons.


• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.


• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.


• Utilize transferable skills from previous experiences with children, such as being a parent, nanny, childminder, au pair, or having worked in a care setting.


• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Requirements:

• No specific school experience required; transferable skills from related roles are valued.


• A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational development.


• Must have a clear enhanced child-only DBS or be willing to undergo the application process.
