Teaching Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship

• Comply with legislation, guidance and procedures for Prevent, safeguarding and health and safety
• Support the wellbeing and mental health of learners

• Use up-to-date technology safely, to support learning
• Encourage safe use of technology by learners
• Adapt teaching strategies to support all learners. For example, scaffolding, open questioning
• Identify and respond to pastoral and academic behaviours in learners
• Provide feedback to learners

This is an opportunity to learn all the skills you need to qualify as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, within 18 months. You will get guidance and support from apprenticeship experts at Randstad every step of the way. Plus you'll gain on-the-job experience which will put you in a great position to secure permanent work once you qualify. • GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade C/4) essential

This position will involve working with young people and will require a DBS (police) check. You should declare any convictions or cautions at interview; these will not necessarily prevent you from getting the job but should be declared at interview.

This will be a Septemer start date for the new term.
