The role/ responsibilities:
Support students to develop academically, socially and emotionally to work towards their best possible outcomes
Provide support to students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups delivering effective and appropriate interventions to improve essential skills
Adapt learning to ensure that it is accessible to all students
Keep track of student progression and key targets by liaising with the class teacher and SENCO
Provide general support to the classroom teacher by preparing the classroom/resources
