Academics are currently looking for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant's for a variety of day-to-day and long term supply opportunities working within primary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan.

The main responsibility for the 1:1 teaching assistant is to support a learner with either diverse learning needs or special educational needs. They will ensure that the learner(s) progress and thrives in a classroom environment.

Responsibilities of a 1:1 Teaching Assistant include:

* Provide learning support for learners in a classroom environment and in 1:1 situations.
* Run specific activities tailored to the learner's individual and social needs.
* Work as a part of team to ensure the well-being and personal development of the learner.
