Teacher of RE - Part Time

Are you a passionate RE Teacher on the lookout for a part-time position? Are you available from September 24?

Tradewind are supporting one of our client secondary schools in Liverpool with their recruitment for a part-time RE Teacher. This position is part-time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) due to start in September and is expected to continue until at least December. Our client school are seeking a part-time RE Teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4, pay for this position will be up to £211.96 per day, depending on experience.

The appointed RE Teacher will be joining a good secondary school who aim to deliver a curriculum at KS3 which provides students with a deep understanding of sacred texts, religious beliefs, sacred rites and the lives of individuals and communities who are shaped by these texts, beliefs and rights.

To be considered for this RE Teacher position the essential requirements are:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching Religious Education across KS3 and KS4
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
• Full and complete career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK
