Post: Teacher of Maths Contract Type: Permanent Salary Range: MPS 1 UPS 3 (£30,000 - £46,525 FTE) Working Type: Full Time Base: Thorp Academy, Main Road, Ryton, Tyne & Wear, NE40 3AH
Start Date: September 2024
Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
We are a charitable education Trust with a good track record for school improvement. The Trust sponsors 26 academies; 14 secondary and 12 primaries across the North of England in eleven Local Authority regions.
We are seeking to recruit a Teacher of Maths to join the team from September 2024. The successful candidate will be able to:
Inspire and motivate our young people to fulfil their potential.
Demonstrate the drive and skill to raise standards of students' attainment and achievement.
Monitor and track student progress within their classes.
