About the School
Our client, an outstanding-rated secondary school in Morden, South London, seeks an enthusiastic and creative Art teacher to join their dynamic team from January. The school is deeply committed to providing its students with a transformative educational experience, fostering a passion for art and creativity. They are seeking an individual who can inspire and motivate students to excel in their artistic pursuits.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualified Art Teacher status with proven experience teaching KS3/4 and KS5 students. ECT Art Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons to KS3/4 and KS5 pupils
Collaborate closely with fellow Art teachers to develop and implement a rigorous Art curriculum
Spearhead and mentor extracurricular Art activities
Nurture students' academic and personal growth
Art-related degree
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
The salary for this Art Teacher position will be aligned with the MPS/UPS scale.
