We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team!Responsibilities: Responsible for managing staff, client assignments and projects and delivering a high-quality serviceAssisting with overseeing office operations and staff, client service activities, quality, reporting, production revenue budget and forecastingWorking in conjunction with the Senior Manager/ Principal on maximizing performance including production revenue maximization, and staff development.This includes coaching, advising, and supporting team members in meeting client and self-development expectationsPrepare tax returnsProvide detailed review and analysis of tax returnsReviewing research findings and ensure conclusions are consistent with firm policies and professional standardsRequirements:3+ years of public accounting experienceBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA or EAWell-versed about U.S. accounting standardsProficient in accounting and financial reporting skillsExperience with: S-Corps, C-Corps, or PartnershipsAbility to work closely with clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements-Retirement savings plan with employer matching -Paid Paternity Leave -Generous PTO -Professional development and training opportunities Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
