Tax Manager required. Due to continued growth, my client is seeking for a Tax Manager to join their team. My client is one of the few remaining independent chartered accountancy practices, of a certain size, in the Leeds area.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic client base to build lasting relationships, where you will offer a full and diverse range of services whilst maintaining exceptional levels of client service.Tax Manager Position OverviewProvide tax planning and compliance advice to our clients - employment tax matters/other corporate tax issuesAct as the point of contact to clients for tax-related queriesIdentify tax planning opportunities for clients and provide advice on tax implicationsReview and oversee the preparation of Corporate Tax Returns and computations - ensuring everything is accurate and compliant with legislationAssist with the tax audits and investigations, liaise with HMRC on behalf of clientsAssist with the training/development of junior staffKeep up to date with tax legislationParticipate in business development opportunities, pursuing opportunities to grow our client base My client is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors - who are currently a team of 50+ staff members, providing a full range of accounting, audit and tax services to an diverse client base dominated by owner managed and family businesses, predominantly across the Yorkshire region.Tax Manager Position RequirementsACA/CTA qualified or equivalent toPrevious experience working in an accountancy practiceStrong knowledge of tax complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleaguesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail Tax Manager Position Remuneration£50,000+ basic salaryFlexible workingA supportive, nurturing and friendly working environmentFantastic career progression opportunitiesBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
