Tax Manager - Global Hedge Fund

We are working with a global alternative investment fund manager to recruit a Tax Lead to join their well established finance function based in Central London. You will be responsible for the below:
Responsible for all tax affairs of the business
Management of company and fund tax compliance
Responsible for fund structuring, strategy and advisory
Managing relationships with outsourced service providers
Providing international tax advice to the business
The role can be at Manager/ Senior Manager/ Director level depending on depth of experience.The ideal candidate will come from either another hedge fund, a private equity fund or a candidate from private practice who is experience in fund tax structuring, compliance and advisory.
