Client
A full service global law firm with clients ranging from some of the world’s largest multinationals to start-up ventures and emerging growth companies. They also represent private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, commercial and investment banks, other financial institutions, government entities, partnerships and individuals.
Role
The successful candidate will be working with the global practice co-chair, in London and with tax teams based in the US and Europe.
You will immediately be exposed to high-profile matters and have a targeted training curricula with the chance to chart your own development. This also includes the guidance and coaching of a Professional Development team to ensure that each associate feels supported at every stage of their career.
You
2-4 years PQE solicitor with experience gained ina top tier tax practice
Cross-border experience on transactions or advisory mandates
A strong academic record and be able to express complex tax matters clearly and succinctly
Excellent critical thinker, exceptional substantive skills, creativity, a passion for life and the law, and the desire to provide platinum service to clients
