Tax Accountant

We are currently looking for an experienced Tax Accountant
to join our large friendlyteam based in Birmingham. Although the role is based at our Solihull Head Office, we are currently employing a flexible, hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office). This role is part of our Statutory Accounts and Tax team so offers the opportunity to get involved in the broader statutory accounts programme as well as having a specific focus on Tarmac's indirect taxes.

Main Responsibilities
The
Tax Accountant will aspire to bea subject matter expert for R2R on tax, supported by the Assistant Manager, partnering with relevant key business stakeholders in order to prepare and submit accurate returns for Tarmac's
indirect taxes
on a timely basis.
