Talent Manager

We are seeking a Talent Manager fro our government client based in Preston on an initial 3 month contract paying up to £34 per hour inside IR35.

The role allows hybrid working with an expectation of attending the office 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

HR / CIPD Qualified
People Management
talent acquisition
resourcing
reward management
employment law & regulations
local government / council experience
