Talent ManagementSpecialist - 12 month FTCLondon or BirminghamLegalWe arecurrently partnered with a global law firm looking for a TalentManagement Specialist to support the delivery of the firm’s Talentstrategy across all geographies.Responsible forleading several Talent Management initiatives and projects thatsupport the broader Talent strategy which will position the firm bothinternally and externally as a leader for development and retention.More about the role:Independently lead talent projects with limitedsupervision, including maintenance of project plans, stakeholder maps,and change and communications plansCoordinating all talentand leadership programmes on an annual basisOwn, maintainand deliver against key Talent Management projects within the peoplelifecycleBuild strong relationships with the HR BusinessPartner teams to enable them to support their clients across allbusiness areasActively contribute to the delivery offirm-wide Talent prioritiesProvide specialist subject matterexpertise to support firm-wide initiativesKeep up to date inkey developments, research and best-practice in the field of TalentDevelopmentBe a key point of specialist expertise to supportleaders within the CoE teamsLeading on all aspects of thepartner promotion process on an annual basisMaintaining anddelivering project plans, comms and engagement plans for all aspectsof the processDeveloping, guides and other support materialswhich accompany the partner and lawyer promotions processWorking with senior stakeholders to refine the process on anannual basis (Finance, Operations, HR)Working with othertalent specialists to ensure the talent review process identifies adiverse partner and lawyer pipelineCo-ordinating eachspecific stage of the promotions process including MD and BoardinterviewsDeveloping and issuing critical communications tosenior leaders - including SLT and Board membersDevelopingall required reports throughout the promotions cycle.Implementing Leadership Development programmes bothinternally and with external vendorsWorking with externalvendors to ensure programmes are delivered to the highest possiblestandardWorking closely with L&D and HR to identify andvalidate participats following the annual talent reviewDeveloping project, stakeholder an dcommunication plans toensure high profile programmes are delivered to scope and bugetTracking spend against the leadership development budget andensuring all invoices are paid on timeMore about youHave owned significantend-to-end Talent Development projects across the people lifecycle ata large, international organisationHave coordinated highprofile processes and programmes across a complex multi-stakeholderbusinessConfident in working and influencing seniorstakeholdersHave extremely strong time management,organisational and project management skillsHave excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
