Oakleaf Partnership is representing an innovative, customer-focused, reputable Insurance company. They are looking for an interim Talent Development Specialist (L&D) to assist with delivering the Talent Development Strategy. Working closely with the business, you will be delivering a number of core management programmes across the business. You will also be working on various employee experience projects from attraction to development and retention of staff. What is the role
You will be partnering with the business on key learning priorities and delivering strategic training programmes including early careers development and mid level management training. You will also be responsible for delivering soft skills training courses, embedding and developing Career Pathways across the organisation, evaluating any programmes to measure ROI and adapting future training programmes accordingly. You will understand business needs and propose new interventions based on this. You will also work closely with your stakeholders and the wider HR team to plan and map the skills modules that tie into business objectives.

Skills & Experience
To apply you must have extensive experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of business skills training and Talent Interventions within Insurance or Financial Services
Experience of delivery using different learning mediums such as webcasts, e-learning ec
Strong experience across Talent Strategy, Management Development Theory and principles of adult learning.
Ability to deliver against organisational and team priorities with autonomy
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
