Job DescriptionAs part of the Talent Development Partner eLearning role, you will scope, plan, design and deliver engaging and interactive eLearning experiences across a global audience on a wide range of topics.Key Deliverables:Design, build and delivery of high quality and engaging eLearning solutions.Plan, storyboard, script and build animated instructional videos, info-graphics, and learning interactions.Planning, implementation & management of cost-effective personal and professional training and development solutions.Proactive involvement in a range of communication activities which drive employee engagement and learning participation.Maintenance and management of Workday Learning content, business processes and administration.Identify key team performance metrics, collect relevant data/information and analyse results for continuous improvement.Identification and proposal of continuous improvement solutions.Technical competencies, knowledge & experience:RequiredAbility to combine a knowledge of learning theory, instructional design and skills in learning technologies to create engaging eLearning experiences.Experience of animated video creation (Vyond), visual creation (Canva) & eLearning instructional design (Articulate Rise & Storyline).Highly organised & able to effectivity prioritise own workload, whilst coordinating multiple training activitiesExperienced in the use of an internal LMS (ideally Workday Learning) in the approval, enrolment and reporting of learning activitiesExperienced in the cost effective sourcing, coordination & liaison with international learning suppliersConfident designing & delivering interactive learning interventions face to face and virtuallyUp to date knowledge of the training industry, learning technologies and a dedication to providing high-quality and innovative development solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills – able to influence at all levelsExcellent MS Office skills (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)IdealCIPD L5 Certificate in L&D or HRM.Understanding of training solutions and approaches for software development.Who are Derivco Sports?Derivco Sports is a dynamic and inclusive company that houses some of the top developers and technical minds within the industry.
