Key ResponsibilitiesImplement a comprehensive learning and development program to improve technical and soft skillsProvide regular feedback and coaching to help employees achieve their career goals and improve their performanceDesign and deliver learning modules that focus to support our engineering teams with coding standards, software development best practices, and agile methodologiesWork with managers and senior engineers to identify areas for improvement and develop plans that align with our objectivesDevelop and maintain learning materials, including presentations, documentation, and hands-on exercisesManage our engineering internship program, including the selection and development of internsEnsure employees and managers have access to the resources they need to succeed, including learning materials, software, and hardwareManage our accessibility/security training programs for engineersSkillsRelevant experience as a Learning and Development Specialist and working towards a level 5 CIPD Experience designing and delivering technical training programs for our engineering teamExcellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire developersExperience managing an engineering internship program is highly advantageousThe Interview ProcessA 40-minute online interview with the Senior Talent PartnerA 60-minute online interview with the Head of Learning & Development and People Experience Director Be comfortable.
