Job Description
Hawkwood are currently partnering with one of the top quantitative and systematic investment management firm; a technology-driven firm who are implementing a scientific approach to financial investment.
With headquarters in London and offices based all around the world, they have a total headcount of c900 employees. The space that they operate in requires them to hire some of the smartest minds from around the world!
The role:
As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will join a growing team and play a central role in supporting all Talent Management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the logistical aspects of training, scheduling for internal employees, booking rooms and venues, liasing with vendors and organising training materials.
Planning and executing training events, focused on learning and development initiatives.
Coordinating induction days and training schedules.
Coordinating various Talent Development programmes and communicating with stakeholders on offerings.
Maintaining digital learning platforms and contributing to the firm-wide learning and development calendar.
Form lasting relationships with partner training providers.
Supporting the induction and onboarding process.
Handling the meet and greet with external vendor.s
Supporting various ad-hoc projects, such as DE&I
Supporting colleagues, including on daily and BAU tasks.
You will:
Have experience in a Coordination role, with a keen interest of a career in Human Resources and Talent Development.
Have excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Are a tenacious problem solver who can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
Team-player, with ability to collaborate with colleagues.
