These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won't be solved by science alone. We are looking for a talent coordinator to join our team. Where in Wellcome will I be working? You will play a crucial role working with the Talent Team within People reporting to the Associate Director, Talent.Our team is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing colleagues with the capabilities (skills, knowledge and behaviours) that Wellcome need to deliver our strategy and achieve our mission, now and in the future. We play a critical part in delivering on Wellcome's EDI (equity , Diversity and Inclusion) commitments and shaping a culture that supports our organisational values.What will I be doing? You will work towards our Talent agenda by leading the coordination and administration of all Talent programmes, projects, Talent Acquisition and business as usual (BAU) activities that supports the wider People framework.As a Talent Coordinator, you will: Plan, coordinate and manage the Learning & Development programmes administrative related tasks, maintain our intranet and SharePoint Talent sitesSupport the delivery of annual Talent cycles, to include performance, talent reviews and succession planning and support the development and ongoing administration of Talent dashboard (KPIs, SLA's).Be responsible for administration and coordination of Talent processes and programmes (i.e. coaching engagements and psychometric administration) and liaise with Talent partners and providers to include management of service delivery, procurement admin, contract renewals and invoicing.Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with interview scheduling, ensuring reasonable adjustments requests are in placeMonitoring the Jobs inbox through triaging queries and allocating to the relevant Talent Acquisition SpecialistWorking with other Team Coordinators, including Executive Leadership Team and Board of Governors' admin, to ensure effective communication of relevant talent acquisition and development activities.Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments. We are currently working 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our Euston Road offices (as part of our hybrid Ways of Working) with the remaining 3 days working either remotely or in the office. From 1st September 2024 we will move to 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
